Saboteur Identification
Identification of the negative behaviour which are holding your progress, happiness, good health, peace, success.
Daily Practice
15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self sabotage.
PQ gym
Innovative 10-second PQ Reps build up your Self-Command muscle. You learn to be clear-headed and calm even in the midst of great challenges, able to command your mind to shift from Saboteur to Sage response.
Weekly 1 hr Video Session
Highly engaging video by Shirzad delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.
Weekly group meeting
8 weekly practice and review with your pod and Coach Tripti to practice, challenges, solutions, success.
